Good evening I just left from this outstanding place. Let me start off saying I was greet you soon as the door open, very friendly voice and face with a smile I was handed a clipboard to fill out for some information I was placed in comfortable chairs. I waited less than five minutes before the massage therapy came and got me. I was ask if I needed to use the restroom or needed anything before my massage then escorted to room with double massage tables. Very clean and smell great I was explained a lot of information, had a choice of picking out an aromatherapy fragrance of course I pick lavender. I was given instructions on how to Prepare before she exited the room. I had a one hour massage. I asked for light to medium pressure when I tell you it was exactly what I needed. She was gentle and applied just that amount of pressure as I needed. I also was given warm towels upon each area She massage oh my God it feels so good as leaving I was offer complementary of champagne or water. Also, a lot of items to purchased on the way leaving candles that smell very wonderful etc. I highly recommend this place without a doubt I will be returning keep in mind you’re able to get manicures pedicures and a lot more done all at the same time. Bonnie is the best. She is careful and gentle, and she never hurts me when she does my pedicures. She's also super friendly and down to earth. I enjoy my conversations with her just as much as I enjoy the actual pedicures, and of course, she does beautiful work as well. The ladies at the front desk are really fantastic, too. They always welcome me with smiles, kind words, and a drink! I’m just so comfortable here - This is my happy place!

Was gifted a birthday spa/facial for this place. Wonderful peaceful atmosphere. Caitlin did a fantastic job with the massage. Consistent pressure, relaxing atmosphere and gave attention to problem areas. Tori is an exceptional esthetician. Treated my sensitive skin with great care and applied a range of facial products. My first facial massage and it was so relaxing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall a fantastic experience and would love to go back again.

My amazing daughters wanted to do something special for me (us) for my birthday. We laid my sister to rest & they thought it would be a nice way to decompress after such a mentality, emotionally & physically exhausting day. They didn't anticipate that the stress of the day would bring on a debilitating migraine & a painful MS flair. I asked if we could do it the following day. I just wasn't up for it. They called to ask and the person they spoke with said they had to speak with the owner & would call them right back. Nearly an hour goes by with no return call. They called again. They were told they could change the appointment BUT would be charged FULL PRICE for both days. That would have been a HUGE waste of money for a college student & expectant mommy to be out, so we said we'd keep the appointment but because they hadn't called back to let us know like they said they would we would be about 10 minutes late. They said that was no problem. We arrived, filled out the paperwork and WAITED a good 15 minutes to be taken back to our rooms. Not once was anything mentioned that our time would be cut VERY SHORT! We were charged full price for a 50 minute massage that lasted 20 minutes! When they told my daughter the balance due she asked about why we only got 20 minutes when we paid for 50 & the girl said it was because we started late. We could have been there on time if they had called us back like they said they would. When we said we'd be 10 minutes late they said no problem. They didn't say the time would be cut short. They didn't have to wait 15 minutes after our arrival to take us back to the room. So many things could have been handled so differently. It was not a pleasant experience whatsoever & we were all left frustrated & disappointed after an already difficult day. The lack of empathy & communication completely ruined our experience & a heartfelt gesture.

Loved my experience at Stay The Spa!!

My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and Stay The Spa accommodated a couples massage for us! Our massage therapists, Adrian and Jessica, were very professional, hospitable, and very good at what they do. The salon itself is beautiful, stocked with drinks, skincare, and boutique clothing. And the owner was an absolute delight to talk with.

I had a wonderful first experience at Stay today! I first had a massage with Daryl. Daryl is fantastic and I would highly recommend him. I then had a facial with Carrie and it was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed my services so much and would love to go back to this spa.

I have to give a great big shout out to the staff at Stay; my daughter was getting married on 3/30/24 and I was in the spa for my mani and pedi, which were truly AMAZING, BY EDNA:-). I started shopping around to pickup some little happy’s for the bridal party and I have to say TAMMY JACKSON AND VERONICA were absolutely so helpful and so amazing!!! They took my little trinkets and bagged them and made them look SPECTACULAR, they were so patient with me as I gathered items and then returned items (you know how ya do). The wedding was beautiful and everyone loved the little goodies that I purchased from Stay the Spa. Thanks everyone, you are all quite amazing!!!!

I booked an 80 minute prenatal massage for myself, & an 80 minute stay relaxed massage for my husband. They were so gentle & mindful of my pregnancy, made us feel so comfortable, & never wanting to leave. We will be back!
