Really glad we chose this hotel over others in the area. The staff was so kind during both check in and out. We arrived way before check in and they were able to give us a room early and also took into account my floor preferences which I find most hotels often ignore. Rooms are a bit small but very clean and recently renovated. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely visit again. Shoutout to Kyla for being an incredible front desk staff!

Walking distance to so many excellent restaurants and shops and conveniently located right off the 10 freeway.

The service at this hotel is terrible. The management is dismissive and condescending. They do not let you speak when voicing a complaint and have no remorse about your negative experience. The rooms are small. The elevator takes forever and the hallways are dirty. They do not offer turn down service and you have to take your towels to the front desk to receive clean ones. I’ve stayed at several Hilton’s and have never had such a terrible experience. There has been a pending charge to my account for over three weeks after my husband used his card to pay and the man at the desk had trouble running the final payment, and the hotel is completely disregarding it and management refuses to assist in resolving the issue. I would advise against staying here. There are hotels in the area for the same rate, go somewhere else!

Good overall but the lobby really needs a refresh. The renovated bathroom with a real shower is appreciated. There was no WiFi during our whole 5 days stay due to issues, which is bad customer service and makes you wonder if they really prioritized fixing this issue.

Not bad, the bathroom was what was most disappointing, because it was like a barn door that didn't lock. And with 2 guys in the room, it's not the most ideal if one guy decides to deficate and with no fan, it stinks up the entire room. So that was a down side. The room also didn't have a closet, it was just two weird hanging rods next to the window. It was a place to sleep though, so I won't complain too much. I was there because of the fires in Altadena. The worst part, was that I never got my Honors points given to my account. I probably voukd have lived with the rest of the stuff, but that was upsetting.

I had a wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Los Angeles! The check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Manager Victoria was especially nice and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, and the pool was a nice bonus. Plus, the location was convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant stay!

everything was great during my stay.. JUST the only complaint is if check out is at 11am, theres no reason the house keepers should be knocking on the door at 8 am asking if I will be staying another night. This happened twice!

Nice hotel. The barn door type bathroom's doors are a little weird. Breakfast is inconsistent, and the maple smoked sausage has an unpleasant flavor.
