I paid for the full spa day treatment for my GF over $500. The lady that did her nails on her toes cut her skin pretty bad, the makeup used was super cheap brands and didn't turn out good, the hair color was very basically done, and the massage was very mediocre. The only enjoyable thing she said was the facial and the food. Other than that it was a un enjoyable experience. Employees there told her they aren't experienced at all in what they were doing and that they were brought from another part of the resort to work in the spa. This is unprofessional and unethical to charge customers this amount for services equal to what u can get for $50 at a flea market and honestly they probably would do better there. I dont recommend coming here and paying what they charge for services given by untrained and appears to also be unlicensed employees. You have to do better being such a hige business. Oh and they don't give refunds if ur unsatisfied they will just say u can come back again.. I should have to send her back again cause I now know she will get the same service. Waste of money on something I was hoping would be a relaxing enjoyable experience for her but it wasnt.

If you have sciatica issues or simply just stress you want rid of, I suggest making an appointment with Shannon, the message therapist. I just had the best massage today and I travel alot so for me to say that means I'm comparing it to many other spas I've encountered.
From the moment you walk into the spa, you feel a sense of calm and professionalism. Everyone I have dealt with has been very accommodating and friendly. You will appreciate the cleanliness and privacy so don't hesitate, give yourself an early Christmas present!

Friendly ladies at the counter, lounge is basic, massage room & the bed were cold, the oil was cold, I had Swedish, so it's ok. I usually do deep tissue in other spa. The masseur was nice. Clean facility. Sauna & steam room were in perfect setting and huge. Overall good place to pampering myself. Thank you
