I had the best Botox experience several years ago and was lamenting the fact that I had lost the aesthetician’s name. I went to the East Lake location several years later, and was ecstatic to find her there.
She puts so much thought into where to inject and she is very patient and gentle. The before and after differences are dramatic!

Revive Spa is a beautiful and immaculate Spa. The staff is welcoming. They always hire very talented professionals.

I was welcomed by both front desk ladies immediately after walking inside. They were very sweet and welcoming. The set up is so cute inside and they have two waiting rooms. Book with Sarah she's absolutely amazing! She did multiple injections on me and I absolutely love how it turned out. She was gentle, sweet, and talked me through everything! Paula was there as well doing some work on me and she is an absolute doll! They both made me feel very comfortable and safe. Overall my experience there was amazing and I recommend this place to multiple friends. Definitely come check this location out and they'll take good care of you!

Lucille was fantastic! She fit me in last minute for a procedure and still took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her friendly, knowledgeable, and patient approach made the whole experience great. She even offered helpful skincare advice. Highly recommend!

Very unpleasant time with Lecille.
I did my botox a month ago, first time going to the Eastlake location, I been a client since forever, Mission Valley, and Carmel Valley, or Dr. Noway in Eastlake. I was exiting about this new location close to my house, so I booked and appointment...I always do 20 unites, but Lecille recommended 35, ok, I trust in her. I didn't like the results, so I came back for just a little fallow up. Just to explain my concerns, Lecille was very unprofessional, and rudel! She was pretty much telling me that it was my fault, that I was on a "budget" when she saw me,
( which was not the case) I think I pay $340 plus I give her $30 tip! I was trying just to fix the problem, I didn't care if I had to pay more, but like I mention, very very unprofessional, I definitely not recommend her to no one.
Location is good,place is clean but always empty, now I know why.
I will be back to Dr. NOWAk, I learned my lesson!

I had an amazing experience with Lecille! This was my first time getting botox. It is evident that she is an expert and is passionate in her field. She was thorough in educating me about the process, the different options available, and established realistic expectations on what my results would be based on how my face looks naturally as well as what my primary aesthetic concerns and goals were. Additionally, Lecille went above and beyond by teaching me the benefits of different skin products and how they contribute towards my goals aesthetically. 12/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back soon!

If I could give this place a 0 I would but unfortunately 1 is the lowest. They told me to get a cheek filler when I initially came for an under eye filler. They proceeded to charge me $1,300 for CHEEK FILLER. I constantly told them I just wanted an under eye filler, but they insisted to give me cheek filler to “balance out my under eye” They then told me to come back in a few weeks so that they can start on my under eye and pay another $1,000 when I initially just wanted under eye. The cheek filler did absolutely NOTHING but ruin my cheeks and now I have a small bump on my left cheek right below my under eye next kind of by the smile line. This place is a ripoff, go somewhere else and save your money. Go to a real doctor.
