I love going to Orissa Spa!! I’ve had multiple facials here and I always like to try different ones, from the oxygen to the hydro facial to and the collagen facial. This is the only place I trust to do dermaplaning on me. They always leave me feeling and looking great! Natalia is the best and so are all the estheticians at Orissa.

Naomi is amazing with my son. He is 14 and began getting facials from Naomi when he was 13. She has changed the trajectory of his skin. He has more confidence too. 5+ stars for Naomi’s facials at Orissa!

I just had the best facial of my life. I feel younger and sexier. How can a facial do that? Orissa Spa is absolutely AMAZING!! I’m so impressed with the whole experience and the products they use, but mostly with how radiant my skin looks. I’m going to do that every month now. I'd give this business zero stars. I had a 10:00
Friday facial appointment with Natalia ,the owner. When I got there I was welcomed by an employee who I thought was a receptionist. She told me she was going to set up. I asked her if Natalia was running late, she said she did not know if she would be in today. She said she would be doing my facial. I told her no one bothered to inform me about the switch. This was very upsetting to me because most people go to a spa to see a certain provider, you don't expect to get a random person. I told the girl I would not do the service and expected not to be charged. I was giving this business a 2nd chance. In 2021 while at the old location Natalia also left me waiting in the parking lot and never showed up. What a terrible way to run a business. Way to ruin a working mom's day off. I was really looking forward to a relaxing facial.
FYl-I think the game that is played by Natalia is if you are getting a regular facial or one of their advertised discounted facials she transfers them to other employees. If you are getting expensive ones she shows up. (This is a review from my Mom it is posted by her on yelp)

I don’t think it gets better than this. Orissa Spa offers luxurious, effective, and oh so relaxing facials by skilled estheticians! Oh and all this comes at a very reasonable price (love the specials)! I’ve been going to Emma for my facials and I have nothing but good things to say about her. Very happy with Orissa!
