LOVE this medical spa! Tarah, Evette and Norma are all amazing. Norma, I appreciate the atmosphere you create with the music, the scent of the candle, not to mention the "Welcome Jeunesse" sign, in the facial room and your great personalilty is always warm and welcoming. Very flexible with appointments too, super easy to contact via phone/text msg. They offer an abundance of services.

I got my first time ever fillers here. I was looking for natural look I was afraid of looking like the instgram models. He did good job it was discreet and he communicated expectations well. I also did facial (hydro+ diamond) so far and it was such excellent experience. Norma is great she remembers her customers. Will keep coming back

Tarah and the team at OMS are phenomenal! This review is long overdue because they deserve the recognition!
I began my skin journey with them back in 2018 starting with laser hair removal in combination with Dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, you name it! I do have hormonal issues so that can be challenging for progress but even with that being the case, my hair growth and blemishes are invisible to those around me and my skin is always glowing!
All the staff here make you feel so welcomed and everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful. Your goals are their goals! The estheticians are great and Norma at the front desk is a gem! I go once a month for laser and a facial and I never miss an appointment, it’s truly something I look forward to coming to see them.
I have also done lip and cheek fillers with Dr. Girgis who is brilliant and has the best techniques to help you achieve your look. He is very thorough in explaining everything and definitely has the patients best interest in mind at all times!
I recently started my weight loss journey with them and have been consecutively down in weight for the 6th week in a row now. 😁

If you are in the market for any of the services they offer, this is definitely the place for you! I am not from the Eastlake area but gladly travel to them just for their superior service and offerings!

The only reason why I am giving this place two stars is because I absolutely loved Tara and other staff. Super sweet and great service. Although if you are looking for a place for laser hair removal. I dont recommend this place. The hair only reduces 30% but all the hair ended up coming back. I did over 20 laser sessions for over a year. I am very disappointed in the results. I spent $3,500 for absolutely no change in my hair growth.

I came in for coolsculpting here, I was so impressed by the amount of knowledge they have regarding the procedure and the prices were better than everyone else I went to. I was able to get an appointment easily. I'm a nurse and my schedule is difficult to accommodate. They scheduled me after hours and treated me twice both after my shifts at the hospital. Very accommodating, and I left there feeling like one of the family. Thank you!!

Had full body laser hair removal here and I'm pleased to report I am hair free, after taking a 1 year break to have a baby I came back because I am on the unlimited plan. Thanks God I found this place they are amazing people that have given me the best service and treatments ever.
