Y'all are so wishy washy on making good pizzas one day y'all do great and the next whoever is working has the reading comprehension skills of kindergartener. How the hell do you put peperoni instead of what should have been there also messy as hell leaving my pizza soaking up the Buffalo sauce y'all spilled over everything

Has definitely gone down hill. Staff is no longer friendly, food has become bland and terrible, wait times are still fine at least. The pizza tonight tasted comparable to the card board ones you can heat in the oven but either no sauce. Finally got a bite of sauce when I got to the crust of the one piece I stomached. Slice was stiff and thin at the same time. Very gross.

Started working here, and I haven't seen a cleaner, more efficient restaurant.. now there are a lot of new employees but they still try hard. Even tho things get messed up sometimes, We always make it right when it's brought to our attention

I was very disappointed in the pasta bowl. It did not have enough sauce and for the price of it and the bread sticks there should have been more of the product.
Very very disappointing in such a well established business. Also the website is difficult to navigate. I have reward points but the way the site is set up I can’t use them.

I ordered 3 pizzas. 1 of which was "acceptable". The other 2 had so few toppings they were pathetic! I didn't realize when I ordered a 2 topping pizza that you guys would literally put like 2 toppings on it. It was supposed to be bacon and mushrooms. I honestly saw 1 pc of bacon and like 8 mushrooms on the entire medium pizza. UNACCEPTABLE! The super supreme had very few toppings on it as well! I ordered it because my wife loves all of the toppings! Boy was she disappointed! Also we ordered and picked up in the timeframe the app said and somehow the pizza tastes old and not fresh at all. Overall utterly disappointed with my order and will be taking my business elsewhere. This has happened too many times!
