My friend recently had her wedding here and it was such a beautiful, scenic venue. They did charge for adding things like a few hundred for lights, $10 per trash bag and annoying fees like that. Many events going on a the same time fyi. Good experience overall. Great parking.

We held our reception in The Bay View Room and it was wonderful. A couple things to note though to help out other people searching for a space. The lights/drapes are not included in the room like many of the photos online show. Tables/chairs come with the room but table cloths were not included and we had to pay $200 for them. There are no fridges to store any food or wedding cakes. Also one thing to note is they will not let you borrow a ladder whatsoever. We asked to borrow one and they said no they don’t have one. Then we had a few light bulbs out the day of and maintenance brought in a ladder to change the light bulbs just a bit funny is all. Staff is very unfriendly in the office as well, anytime I had a question it seemed like they didn’t care. This place is pretty do it yourself from scratch so keep that in mind. We bought lights and fabric from the craft store and did it all ourselves! Also the chairs are not the most pleasant thing so we bought chair covers on Amazon. Overall it’s in a great location and we had a fun night aside from a few things.

The Marina Facility is Very well maintained and Staffed. I purchased My first Boat which was in a Slip here. I've lived in OB for 26 years but was unaware of all Mission Bay Park has available? Never stop learning or discovering new experiences and new places. The Management Staff continues to make all kinds of visual and functional improvements. It's been here for many years but the Management team has made it a Fresh and Active facility! They have done a makeover that makes the Marina among the finest in San Diego!

We have had many family & friend's weddings here. There are many rooms with a variety of sizes & views. These pictures are from the wedding I did as DJ/MC/Lighting this Friday at the Seaside Room & patio (ceremony). The staff is excellent. It helps to hire someone who is familiar with these rooms as sound/music/setup can be tricky (uniquely shaped rooms).

I have attended several events here from business to pleasure. A BEAUTIFUL place for special events like weddings. The day was sunny and perfect for my friends wedding. I love the water and this was just time place for recharging my energy. Is you looking for a place to have an event and not sure about where to go, check it out. You may fall in love with it too.

The is a great place to celebrate all you special event’s.
Three couples I know have celebrated their marriage reception in three different rooms an all have been a good time and great room.
I’ve also attended other events such as birthdays and New Year’s.
The accommodations where always perfect.
DJ Eric Starr@ Estarrentertainmentis and
High-energy DJ Paul Peterson were the DJs at three events.They kept the party going with the great music. They are very professional and willing to meet your every need.
They are worth checking out.
In my opinion Marina Village venue is great. Don’t pass it up. Plus they have reasonable pricing.
