We stayed in the 1 bedroom unit with private kitchen. Had a great view, patio, play structure which our kids enjoyed. The kitchen had full sized appliances and just enough space for our family to have a cozy movie night with electric fireplace, cook our own dinner.

There was not a heating unit in bedroom, fortunately we brought our own sleeping bags for our kids. Bed was slanted some. No pot, we made pasta in a frying pan. Overall, it fit our budget and was quiet and safe for us.

I was honestly freaked out by reading the Google map reviews, almost cancelled it, but gave a try. It was a nice surprise the room was much better than I expected.

We got room#9. The room is very wide for 2 people and the ceiling is tall. The AC was fully working, though we didn't need it because it was cool enough. Maybe because of the AC fully working, the first smell was funky, but it went away after a while. Just in case, I used a Febreze as well (I'm well prepared!).

The water pressure of the shower was very strong, the shower room looks recently renovated. The towels look old but cleanly washed. The bed was big, and again, looked clean. I saw no bugs. The room has a fireplace too.

The funny things are that there are 2 door knobs on the bathroom door, there is no toilet holder (toilet papers are sitting on the water tank), and the several outlets are located too high to use. We could still use the outlets at the kitchen, so no problem.

Still, I didn't to use the kitchen, coffee maker, microwave and the fridge because they don't look so pleasant. The freezer was filled with frost.

It could be hit and miss. We are probably one of the lucky guests?

Firstly we show up and learn they have homes they manage and they said they had a house we could stay in. Of course we got excited to have the extra space. We showed up to a murder house. The stairs up to it were busted, the house was nasty. Old grease all over the kitchen showers without handles, it was horrible. The house was TRASHED There wasn’t water, the yard was trashed and it had a creepy enough feel that the three had enough. I would have rather slept outside with bears roaming around.

We went back and complained and they wanted to send us to another house which we declined and they finally sent us to one of the motel rooms at the same location as the office. That room was good, exactly what you expect for the price. Ac would have been nice but it’s so cheap it was manageable since we only slept there. If Gil wants to send you to a nice 3 bedroom house 15 minutes away I would go the other way.

Terrible experience and surprised this is still open. We stayed here last year and the room was absolutely disgusting. Water all over the bathroom floor with mold. Nothing seemed to be cleaned and the front door would not lock. When we confronted them they said the room was professionally cleaned. We found another hotel in the area and stayed there instead. PLEASE know you can dispute charges on your card and that’s what we did to get our money back. They would not issue a refund so we had to do it that way. A literal health hazard to stay here. And nothing but rude and useless employees who are more than aware of the scam they’re running. DISPUTE YOUR CHARGES TO GET MONEY BACK.

The office manager was very kind and accommodating. He upgraded us at no charge for a better place with beautiful views and absolutely made my children's vacation a memorable one!
Beds were clean. Comfy pillows. Dishes in cabinets ready to use. And being stocked with lots of clean towels was nice.

Totally unacceptable room, dirty, fridge doesn’t work, the only furniture is a little kid’s couch, the blind in the bathroom is broken so we had to hang a washcloth there so that you couldn’t see in from the parking lot, there is no remote for the TV, and no where to put your suitcase, no hangers either. The towels smell funky, the hair dryer is under the sink, which is disgustingly dirty. We have had the air on for almost 2 hrs and it hasn’t cooled off the tiny room at all. We had no choice but to stay tonight as we were too tired to look elsewhere, owner said he didn’t have another room, but the worst thing is that we were already booked for next Sunday on our way back through, and their cancellation policy is a FULL WEEK, so we are going to lose our money as we are definitely not staying here again. There’s a reason you have to pay in advance here, guess that should have tipped us off! The photos on the website look good, and to be fair I only saw our unit, but the photos certainly don’t represent the condition of it.

When we arrived, we asked if we wanted to upgrade our rooms to a house. We agreed. It was definitely an upgrade. We enjoyed staying there. We did have to buy toilet paper, but other than that, it was a pleasant relaxing stay.
