I had a great experience. They staff was always respectful and professional. The rooms were clean. Staff always had a smile on their face. The evening front desk associate (I can’t remember her name) and the manager on 12/14 were very nice. Definitely going back and will recommend to friends and family.

This is the most run down Hilton Garden Inn that I’ve stayed in. Not up to standard and begging for a remodel. Stained sofas, stains on the wall, stains on the tub, beat up furniture, also…. With stains!

The lobby was fine and the staff was nice. This property has just been neglected IMO. I can understand wear and tear accumulating on furniture but not being cleaned falls fully on Management having low standards or simply not doing their jobs and checking.

We won’t be back.

We rented two different rooms on the fourth floor. The one that I stayed in was not 100% clean, only one towel, needed updating furniture was chipped and dinged. The other room, however, was 100% clean had adequate towels, the furniture was in great condition.

Room was very noisy from mechanical equipment outside window. Hotel didn’t have any other rooms available. Measured noise at 50-65 peak decibels - not appropriate for somewhere you’d want to sleep. Hotel should disclose this before check-in.

Great visit here! Room was comfortable, enjoyed the hot tub, and glad to have laundry facilities on site! The self checkout for the pantry was great to not hold up the check in line, only improvement I see is around the breakfast process as seems like a lot of folks didn’t realize you had to pay for the buffet (we are familiar with the process and as a diamond member I had credits to cover items off the menu, we just noticed at least 5 different instances during our stay where folks walked up and either saw the buffet wasn't free and left, or just started grabbing food off the buffet and the server said something to them and then they decided to order off the menu instead as it was cheaper or also left without getting food); then for dinner it just had limited options it seems.

Good location, located near several shopping/restaurant areas and is near Highway 168 to connect to the 99 or 41. Clean lobby, very nice staff. The rooms themselves are a bit dated, but have microwaves which you do not see too often nowadays. Could use a little renovation but nothing outside of normal wear-and-tear. My biggest complaint would be that the mattress and pillows are of extremely low quality and my body aches from a rough night’s sleep. For $200+/night, I expect better quality. Otherwise, good overall stay.

Overall, extremely clean and I felt safe. There was free coffee in the mornings and was greeted with some complimentary water bottles upon my arrival. Plenty of food and shops nearby as well as Uber rides aplenty, also. The staff was extremely welcoming and I appreciate them. The breakfast attendant was very generous (I don't have her name, apologies) so thank you!

3 things of note that did not make it a 5 star review, in my opinion:
1- The room was an accessible room (spacious and nice, though I did request one was happy to have it!), so perhaps that is why the door was extremely heavy and shut forcefully if not buffered. I imagine it would disturb nearby guests.
2- There was a sliding mirrored door in front of the closet, and only 1 of the 2 doors slid. So I could only utilize half, which for me was perfectly fine, but I imagine someone with more hung clothes or jackets would be frustrated.
3- The breakfast buffet (including hot foods) was about $18 and the cold buffet was $10. The bonus was you could charge right to your room. But charging for that on top of the room charges seem high. The breakfast attendant saw I didn't eat much (yogurt, pineapple, a bagel, and coffee) and only charged me a fraction of the cold buffet price. Thank you so much!
