A great budget hotel. It was re remodeled and the rooms look amazing. The best, every room has a refrigerator and a microwave in it as every hotel should have it. For me , that's a 5 star and very convenient. Around and very close there is stores, movie theaters and restaurants. I will recommend it.

The room was perfect for my needs. A small couch (which may or may not pull out to a sleeper; still TBD) is perfect for watching tv or doing a bit of work. There’s a good sized desk area (with office chair). There’s coffee bar and mini fridge are stowed nicely in a cabinet. There’s also a roller cabinet/bench that can be used for additional seating and/or storage as needed. I like this hotel so far.

Probably the worst hotel I’ve had the displeasure of going to. The service completely terrible, rude customer service and even worse cleaning service! For the amount my husband paid for the room they should not have left the room in the condition it was! Especially to have the audacity to leave it in the condition it was and for the cleaning staff to still have the nerve to leave a card requesting a tip. Unless I got a bad cleaning lady but Liliana should definitely be getting retrained. Never would recommend this place to anyone and don’t spend your money here

👍🛏️ Rooms are excellent! All modern amenities included in my room: TV, refrigerator and microwave. Room design itself is modern and slick. I especially loved the lighting options and sources.
🧊 AC works great, kept me cool and comfy during 100°+ outside.

💪👟 Nice gym on the first floor. Offers the basics to get your workout in.
🏊‍♂️ There’s also a pool and a jacuzzi outside!

👍🚗 Plenty of parking around the building, had no issues with it.
⚡️ Multiple ChargePoint stations are available for EV drivers!

👍🍽️ Sweet bistro cafe in the lobby. Diverse menu and a great breakfast!
• 🍰 I’ll miss the caramel cheesecake that was taken of the menu in 2025😔

👍🛣️ Located conveniently and in a nice area. Fresno locations are within 15-30 minute drive.
🛍️ Surrounded by plazas, stores and dining options.

🧹 (June 2024): While the room itself was clean, my bathroom didn’t receive the same attention and treatment… It wasn’t terrible, but I did easily find leftover hair and some smudged surfaces. It didn’t ruin my experience, but I would appreciate a clean and sanitary environment, especially in a sensitive area such as bathroom 🚽🚿
• 👍 Since that time, I revisited and haven’t had the same issues again. Good cleaning and I appreciate units with walk-in showers.

⚖️ In conclusion, this location maintains modern standards for its facilities and rooms. I’ve had a great experience and restful nights! I especially like that everything is within reach, nearest store was a 3-5 minute drive. Staff are friendly and polite!

📆 January 2025 update: I’ve revisited this location multiple times and had a pleasant experience. The staff are very welcoming and I feel a great hospitality service here! This is a reliable choice of stay for me whenever I have to visit the Fresno area.

I planned to go to a wedding on Saturday, and my mother unexpectedly took a fall on Friday, resulting in a hospital stay and I am the only one who could provide care and transportation. I was out of the cancellation window for my hotel reservation, however despite the hotel knowing my reason for late cancellation, the hotel was unwilling to refund my money. But they were “sorry to hear about my mother”. 0/10 HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY!

I stayed here for a few days and the room was very clean but the staff was not very friendly. I heard them complaining about their coworkers and about being there, I mean don't get me wrong we all have days were we don't agree with coworkers, but to be talking about it in front of guests just felt ghetto. its wasn't just them talking about their coworkers but also them sort of bullying them and it just didn't feel right. I would not come back to this location.

Very noisy air conditioning system. Not the restful of sleeps with the noise.

Bathroom is very roomy and well designed.

Had such a great experience here the staff are friendly and attentive to their guests. I enjoyed the gym too bad it was raining during my stay or else I would have went into the pool also I want to give a shout out to Joe! 🙌 I had booked my room for the wrong day and he went above and beyond to make it happen for me and amended it for the correct day he was very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Courtyard Marriott I will definitely be coming back!
