My family booked room 302 which was a two bedroom, 1 King and 2 Queen beds, and two full bathrooms. Plenty of space for the family and this hotel allowed you to digitally check in and out of the room. The room was not clean. There were ants in the kitchen sink due to it not being clean. There were broken potato chips on the floor and someone’s underwear tucked into the corner. That was gross! The bathtubs didn’t drain well. So when taking a shower I was a foot deep in water. The breakfast was very minimal. You would be better off driving three minutes down the road to Starbucks for breakfast. Overall, the hotel was a poor experience and very disappointing for the Hilton brand.

Conference room Beware!!! If you are considering this location for an event, I would highly recommend you don’t. The Director of sales Jacquelyn, will state one thing over the phone and utilize the contract to substantiate $200+ in fees. We were charged a “misc fee” of $75. Not explained. They stated they charged a setup fee, we arrived to the location and set everything up ourselves. At no point did we ever see a representative to assist us with setup. We were charged a 24% fee for food and beverages which we informed them that we outsourced and would not be utilizing. We had no audio or media utilized. Sales tax, okay no issue, completely understandable. I would recommend utilizing another hotel that doesn’t have hidden fees. I very disappointed with this outcome.

We got to stay there for a long weekend. Friendly staff, clean facilities, comfortable bed, and to top it off, a yummy complementary breakfast!

If you get food from their pantry, good luck getting a receipt as they can only provide a receipt for the transactions for the entire day. So you can't expense any of it. It would be nice to know that before you buy anything.
The room was nice but the service was horrible.
Their breakfast was overcooked and dry, if your starving, it will work, but not if you have taste buds.
The room was clean, but the fact that the phone wasn't working and the body wash was completely empty makes me wonder how thorough of a job they do. It's not convenient to find out there. Is no body wash when you're in the shower.

I checked in to the hotel around 10pm, headed to my room (premium btw) and as soon as I turned on the lights, German roaches began to scatter on the cabinets, by the dishwasher and on the wall by the desk. They apologized and gave me a room on the second floor and would you know it, roaches there as well. Not as much as the 3rd floor premium room but they were there. Checked out and went next door. If you read the reviews it seems that I am not the only one that this happened to. I recommend them to shut down for a week and bomb each room. I’m sure some have Stowed away in people’s luggage.

I stay in Hilton 8-9 months a year since 2018 and this one is well managed, the housekeeper sends me a text to asked me if I would like to have the room cleaned or not, which is very helpful, the food at breakfast is fantastic, everyone at the front desk is very nice and helpful, I find the hotel to be very clean and professionally managed!!
This hotel is also very close to the airport, which is nice, but if you turn north out of the hotel onto Clovis Avenue, there is a Starbucks across the street and a very nice mall on the other corner with a target and several good restaurants. Great location for me and I highly recommend this hotel for people who travel long-term.

The family suite was clean, spacious, had a functional layout, and was well priced. All the staff were very friendly. I’m not someone who goes out of my way to write reviews but after a long road trip, this hotel was exactly what I needed and then some. It definitely exceeded expectations.
