This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and the location is great! In the same parking lot, there's two bars and a great coffee shop amongst other things. The rooms can use a little updating but it's nice they have a pool, a small gym and continental breakfast. There's a guy who works the front and is fantastic! He is incredibly sweet to all of the guests and always in great spirit.

We went visit Clovis, we try to stay at this Best Western. The rooms are nice and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good.
James, at the front desk is very helpful. He greets people and asks how their stay is and if they need anything. He is approachable, personable, professional, and polite. He is a great asset to this location. Thank you, James.

The staff were friendly especially Crystal and James. Everything was in good working order. Great breakfast! Nice selection and tasty. Comfy bed! Nice location. The room had an odd smell which is why I gave it a 4 instead of 5 star rating. Very beautiful hotel.

The location is great - walkable to downtown Clovis which had restaurants, antique shops, and coffee spots. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine, the area was a bit small but served its purpose. Rooms and bathrooms were clean but dated and could use a refresh.

Rooms are lack luster - but the location can’t be beat if you want a walkable place to stay for Clovis. It was so convenient to just walk across the street for meals, coffee, etc. honestly- if this property would do a Renovation, they could sell these rooms at a significant premium. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but the area it’s in is SO small. Location - 5 stars, rooms - 1 star.

My family of five stayed here two different times this past week and were incredibly satisfied with our stay. Clean, comfortable 2-bedroom suite that is ideal for a family with kids, really nice breakfast, and by far the most notable was the incredible customer service. We were helped by Marisol and Danny at the front desk, both of whom were incredibly kind and accommodating, as were the breakfast staff both mornings. There is evidently a strong culture of friendliness here. We can’t wait til our travels bring us back to this location. It was an absolute pleasure.

The location was close to dining and shopping in Old Town Clovis. The room was clean and quite. It was over 100 degrees outside, so it was wonderful that they had the air-conditioning in our room running when we arrived 🥵||The room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The bed was comfy as well. I highly recommend a stay here!

Great greet from front desk, accomadating special needs, quick walk to enchanting boutiques (check out Sassanos on Pollasky St), and stop.for cafes and benches along the way. Enjoy Clovis genteel hospitality.
