I'm the husband of the president of the club, so I might prejudiced in favor. This historic building was built in 1947 as a center for construction of Placer Hills Road. It's off the beaten path in an interesting area, and it's a pleasant, well-maintained, and inexpensive space for gathering. The floors creak and there's only one bathroom, but it's very clean. There's a decent kitchen available for an extra fee. Best for gatherings of locals, it's a wonderful place for people who might want to start a class or something else of interest to the community. Might work well for a family reunion or a small wedding.
