This was our first time here, I actually really enjoyed it. It's located where the cute promenade is. Parking was easy and a short walk to the door. Food was absolutely outstanding. The fries were my favorite part!!! I could eat those all day! The kids that were working, were smart and actually working. Parents should be proud. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been hearing great things about this place for months and finally got to try it out for lunch today! The service was quick and friendly, and the food was delicious. You can really tell that they make everything in house, and I can’t wait to try more of their menu!

8te Open is a wonderful addition to Quincy! We had the Coach Wosman, I upgraded my fries, and the Mayor Scholz’s horseshoe. Everything we ordered was so delicious! Best chicken sandwich I have ever had! The horse shoe was also top notch. Atmosphere was great and service too. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Arrived for smash burger Friday. I got the QBCO and my mother got the Steinke Leg. Mine featured beer cheese and was everything I’d ever want a smash burger to be. The Steinke is very clean and refreshing with pickled onion me jalapeño.

The fries are perfect. Steak fry thick, but stupidly crispy and perfectly salted. Pillowy inside.

My only regret is that I wasn’t in town for their normal menu, because it is truly unique.

The owner was beyond friendly and accommodating. He is clearly very talented as a restauranteur and has a very bright future ahead of him. He’s a hometown boy and shows his support for the local high school athletics teams. He’s also a marine veteran. Thank you for your service! 🇺🇸

Smash burger Friday is a highlight! I’m glad they scaled back the amount of fries because I always felt bad not being to eat them all. This is the BF burger and it’s amazing!

This was my husband and i’s first time here. It was fantastic! The food was amazing, I got the General Washington with fries and he got the KT hot chicken sandwich. It is also Veteran owned and operated! We will definitely be going back!

We stopped in here yesterday with the kids, and the food was unbelievably good! The smash burgers were fantastic, and their fries are done perfectly!! I love the casual seating and atmosphere too! Highly recommend this place. As a side note, out tab was $60.00. We went to McDonald's yesterday and our tab at McDonald's was $65.00. Crazy good value!!

Great fried Chicken sandwiches! Portions are huge and the disco fries are cheesy, crispy and hardy. Chicken is spilling off the bun and all are tasty. Service is great just order at the counter and wait at a table. Pretty awesome farmhouse atmosphere.
