It took them 30 minutes in the driveway to prepare a 16 oz Spanish latte. Absolutely insane. And then when you get your drink there’s coffee spilled all over it as if they rushed to prepare it?

The coffee is good, but the wait is terrible and the product is sloppy.

This business uses good ingredients to make some of the best milk tea. If you've never tried milk tea, this is a decent place to try but beware of the ice.

Drink specialty store that also offers snack foods.

Good milk tea.
Decent service, minus the ice.
Comfy lounge chairs.
High chairs available.
Cozy location.
Very limited seating.
Outlets available.
Bathroom entrance is located outside.
Small parking lot.
There's a big table with multiple seats.
Can become very busy.

Asaam Milk Tea is my favorite! The Asaam tea tends to be on the strong side, which is perfect when its delicious flavor profile is mixed with the perfect balance of milk and sugar. (Strong Asaam is best Asaam).

The flavor profile of the Thai tea is what I expect from a milk tea place, perfect and hard to mess up.

Croissant waffles (craffles) are tasty, they come with a delicious vanilla bean cream, I'm certain they use real vanilla; I think the vanilla bean cream is delicious and I'd like a cup of it to eat!!!!! I can't say much about the craffle itself lol (maybe add the vanilla cream to my Asaam 🙂

Cons:
Limited space and seating.
Could use more tables/seats, if possible.
Limited parking.
Like all their locations, limited ability to adjust sweetness.
I ordered "less" ice but it looks like I got extra ice lol

Questionable city, one of the highest crime rates in the USA; I wouldn't bring my $2000+ laptop here to study or hang out because of the location.

Overall:
Decent place to try if you've never had milk tea.
Decent place to visit if you do like milk tea.
Asaam is probably the best because the flavor of the tea is so strong it's hard to overpower it with milk.
Strong asaam is good asaam.
Okay place to hang out.
Other than the cup of ice, okay service.

Drinks were tasty and light, whatever oat milk they use is incredible so definitely sub from 2% milk, not much of a selection but good enough. Only problem was the guy who took the order, no patience sour face just rude in general. Fire the trash and get someone better to take the orders easily 4.5

Order 3 drinks online for deivery and did not received any straws in city of lywood calif. 8;10pm smh, bad service 1/25/25

Boba chain spot with your typical drinks like matcha and Vietnamese coffee. I like that there is plenty of indoor seating, enough parking, and they’re super nice but they didn’t have boba when we visited. I hope it’s just because they recently opened. I also wish they added at least one vegan pastry to their menu.

So happy to see another 7 Leaves Cafe opening around the neighborhood. Lucky enough to get a chance to participate in the Yelp Elite event at 7 Leaves in Lynnwood.

The decor is typical of the 7Leaves style: Modern, simple but cozy.

The staff are superb: Friendly with fast service. And they keep the place sparklingly clean!

I got the Vietnamese coffee (my regular drink at 7 Leaves) and the new Brazilian Lemonade with aloe vera add-on. The iced Vietnamese coffee is amazing as usual. The Brazilian lemonade tends to be on the sweet side. The sweet tropical
like pina colada but without the coconut participation. Wish it would have been less sweet. But I still like it!

Will definitely come back for more.

Oh, they also have a drive-thru!

I ordered a Thai tea with boba and they gave me the drink and I see and taste only milk with a little hint of Thai tea

Great customer service, the drive thru was fast. The drinks were made to perfection. The drive thru seemed hard to exit due to traffic on imperial but there's no problem with doing a U turn.
