We had a wonderful stay at this B&B in the tree top suite! The suite was much larger than expected, with comfortable beds, plenty of space, and the convenience of two bathrooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the B&B itself had a charming, quaint atmosphere. It’s in a perfect location—close to Main Street for easy access, but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. Our host Susan was so kind and accommodating; and Tom’s molasses cookies were incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed and room were very comfy! My dog loved the area surrounding it! Very close and walkable to everything. Trolly stop right outside the BandB- breakfast was delicious. Pillows were so fluffy!! I would recommend this place, because Susan and Tom were very inviting and sweet, easy to work with!

Could not recommend this place MORE!!! My husband and I stayed in the Carriage House for his birthday weekend and it was the best part of our visit to Eureka Springs! 🙂 The room was clean and super cozy, the fireplace and jacuzzi were romantic and worked well, the robes were soft, bed was comfy, and the FOOD.... OMG the food was AMAZING! We looked forward to breakfast each morning! The owners cook and serve the food and make a point to visit with each guest at their table to give suggestions on places to visit. Definitely a stark contrast to your typical hotel stay! This was our first experience with a Bed and Breakfast and I think we may be spoiled for future trips lol when we come back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely stay here again! I also got the birthday cake and charcuterie board to have in our room for when we arrived (as a surprise to my husband) and it was presented so well and tasted delicious! On the second day, after we came back to our room after being out all day, we found a sweet treat... cookies hanging on our door handle 🙂 It's the little things! We can't wait to come back! 🙂

What an absolutely wonderful place. It was in a perfect spot, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was adorable! We had a fireplace right next to the bed! You will also enjoy some delicious treats left on your door after a day out. Do yourselves a favor, book here.

Absolutely delightful stay. The owners are as friendly and accommodating as I have ever experienced. Breakfast was otherworldly good and the cookies delivered to the room each afternoon were a terrific treat. The location was perfect, out of the busy areas of town and nicely nestled in the woods, but there was a tram stop at the curbside of the inn so everything was really easily accessible. We will come back!

We had a wonderful time staying here!! 5Ojo is in the old historical part of Eureka Springs which added to the charm. Very clean and accommodating. Our host, Tom and Susan, were so good and made us feel like we were at home with family❤️. The breakfast served were awesome! Tom is a great chef. Our fur babies did so well here. Would most definitely stay here again, actually hated to leave LOL, thanks again for such a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay! The Tree Top Suite was very comfortable, clean, and lovely! The breakfast both mornings was delicious! The hosts were very kind and helpful. The location was also great, a short drive or only about a 15 minute walk to the downtown shops. Will definitely be back!

Our stay at the OJO Bed and Breakfast was absolutely delightful! The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, especially when it came to my dietary restrictions. They went out of their way to ensure I had a delicious and safe breakfast. But the real highlight was the breakfast itself! Every morning, we were treated to a mouthwatering feast of fresh, local ingredients. It was the perfect way to start our day. We can't wait to return to the OJO!
