Wasting time and money🚩

I got here 4:35pm and ask for 1 hour massage and cupping as extra, Polish Lady(45-50 y.o) started doing massage I ask for hard massage or walk my back she said she can’t because of bla bla bla.
And 5:10pm she told me massage is finished, i was shocked 😳
I came up to receptionist she says call the manager etc
Why the heck that I should call manager if I asked for 1 hour but you did 30 min and looking at me surprised that I was disappointed.

End of story $50 gone, wasted time, and seriously disappointed.

It was my first time for a massage ever. Had an amazing experience with Alice and rebecca.They were very excellent in thier job.
The hot stone and jasmine oils were very soothing and relaxing. The atmosphere is very calm and atmost peace with soft and gentle music.
