I called to see what services and prices they have and the lady that answered the phone was extremely rude. Her tone for no reason was rude. I asked what services they provide and she said "WHAT?!" then asks what am I talking about and asks if I want a facial or massage. I tell her massage and she says the lady is no longer there that does massages.

I was about to get a massage but she refused my service wrongly! She gave me a refund because she has to go to the market! That made me upset! I was being very generous and kind full, But U guys had to close early. I don't wanna startle u. I also don't want a bad temper. I didn't like that employee treated me this way, as a bag policy.
