Will not be back worst massage I have ever gotten!!! Not relaxing at all!! The lady that did my massage was not the owner, she didn’t know I and ask if I was ready she just busted through the door pulled the sheet back and was rough. She was trying to get done so quick and I paid for a hr massage. When she was done she didn’t put the sheet back over me she said done and walked out so when I walked to the front she telling me here and pointed at the tip demanding a tip. Needless to say don’t wast your money here I’m more miserable than I was going for a massage hoping my neck and back pain would ease my back is in more pain literally hurts to have anything touch it laying in the bed on my back is miserable!!!!

Not pleased. We get massages regularly. Will not be back. Basically a rub down. And then they had the gall to literally push for a bigger tip! Who does that? Tacky, rude, unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I had given $10 eat for a couples massage. Was not happy with it, but was still tipping. And they STILL pushed for a bigger tip!!!!! Tipping is based upon customers' response to service. Anyway... I will not ever darken that door again.

Husband and I had a couples massage this evening and it was wonderful. It was a first for him and didn’t know what to expect but he was very pleased. Both ladies were very nice and attentive, asked us several times if everything was OK. This isn’t a fancy massage place but it was clean and the atmosphere was soothing. The room was warm and we felt very comfortable there. We will definitely be returning soon.

The lady at the desk was nice to me when I first walked in but then I instantly felt discriminated against. I was in my pajamas for a 9 o’clock appointment and then she looked up and saw my husband who is black. She had a changed look on her face and instantly started asking me whether I was paying with debit card or cash. I told her debit card and she said OK and took us to the room. We walked into the room and she shut the door and left with no instructions on what we were supposed to do next. Then they came in 15 min late and massaged our bodies through a towel for most of the Massage and then when they massaged our bodies, they used hardly any lotion. It was a dry massage and hurt my skin, when I told her my troubled areas, my hands and my feet she didn’t massage them. They finished on time and started late so it was only 45 min! This was the worst massage I have ever had it was dry and they were pulling on my skin. I felt as though they were purposely doing a poor job so that we wouldn’t return they seemed grumpy right from the moment we got there. The pictures showed an oil massage with salts and hot stones. We didn’t receive any of that. My husband asked the lady are you OK? She didn’t even look at us, after the massage she told me that it’s a five dollar fee per person for debit card. I was going to give them a $10 tip anyways and then they wanted to charge $10 for me to use my debit card so I said OK that’s fine you should probably let people know that and I told her I would pay 160 then they each get a five dollar tip. It wasn’t the best massage anyways but they told me it was a minimum of $10 and told me I had to tip them so they tried to force an extra $30 on us . I refused, went to the ATM and got cash and gave them the money that I owed them. I expressed my disappointment and I left, and will never return. I suggest nobody goes there!

The BEST massage I’ve ever had! I will definitely be going back! They took their time and I feel amazing! My lower back isn’t hurting like it had been, she done an amazing job! I highly suggest going here, you won’t be disappointed!

On the weekend, I went to 1St with my husband, which was our first visit. The staff were Nice and friendly and the couple massage room was very warm. I admire their professionalism and we had a better experience than any massage we have ever had before. We'll be back.

I called and booked an appointment same day for 8pm. They had a special on a couples massage for $110 for an hour and that is what I booked. I wanted to split the cost with my friend so I provided her 2 different debit cards and she ran the same one twice and then charged us the regular rate. The woman was Asian that didnt speak English. Me and my friend worked it out where I just transferred the money. The couples massage includes the bigger room but it wasn’t available. I asked how long we had to wait she said 30 minutes. So we decided to take what was available and that was 2 separate rooms. The massage was not good. It felt like she rushed through it and didnt focus on my body. I couldnt talk to her because of the language barrier. The room was so cold so I told her I was cold and she got me a blanket. While the other room my friend was in had a heater. I was very disappointed in the customer service. On top of that they started my friends massage later leaving me on the table to just wait. Before we left my friend tried to tell them they overcharged us but they didnt understand. They still asked for a tip. They did provide us a $20 off next visit. But we wont be going back.

Spotless, expert, and high-grade. When I initially go into a massage parlor, I'm usually a little uneasy, but after about 10 minutes, I start to relax and enjoy myself. Without any breaks, they managed to talk for the whole hour. Full recovery is expected.
