The 1890 Williams House is an absolute gem! The hosts truly made our stay unforgettable—warm, friendly, and brimming with knowledge about the area, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect getaway - even a swimsuit to use in the historic bath houses.||||And the breakfasts? Simply divine! Each morning brought a new yummy delight, carefully prepared and beautifully presented.. It was the perfect way to start the day before exploring the enchanting town of Hot Springs. We stayed in the Copper Cottage which was roomy and nice with a mini-kitchen area. ||||We drove most places we went (free parking garage downtown) but Main Street and all the activities there are within walking distance. We really enjoyed the Garvan Gardens, which we would have missed if our hosts had not told us about this nearby secret. The Mountain Loop hiking trail was also great and we enjoyed the Duck Tour as well, quack! It was also great coming back to enjoy a delicious desert after dinner out on the lovely balcony. The home will be beautifully decorated for Christmas if your travels are taking you there in December. Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay.

Staying at the Williams House was the highlight of our vacation! The Victorian home was meticulously updated with beautiful antiques throughout. Joe, Cody and their Mom made our stay even more special. The Parlour Room where we stayed was spacious, comfortable and sleeping on high quality bed and bedding made a big difference. We loved the wrap around Veranda and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening was a wonderful way to end the day. We will definitely be back again and have already told friends and family about our awesome experience. I might add that Joe’s daily breakfast was like eating at a fine dining restaurant. No stone was unturned in making a memorable impression.

5 stars across the board! Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful. The house is beautiful and downtown Hot Springs is within walking distance. Joe and Cody were not only kind and accommodating, they were hilarious. They really make sure you feel comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and we looked forward to eating them every morning. The fresh baked cookies and pastries were great as well. The jet tub was awesome to soak in after a long day of sightseeing. Be sure to enjoy the patio and balcony here! Great place to read books and birdwatch ?

My wife and I desperately needed a getaway trip and this place was all we could hope for and more. Joe and Cody were excellent hosts that set us at ease from our very first introduction. We stayed at the Copper Cottage and it was perfect for us. We were able to relax, decompress and reset our mental health. Cody is wealth of knowledge that helped us find relaxing experiences, restaurants, and explore the history of Hot Springs. Joe is a masterful chef so the breakfast and homemade desserts were outstanding. Both Cody and Joe are a joy to talk with and they really set the tone for an enjoyable stay. Also get yourself an order of chocolate covered strawberries, you will not regret it.

After many stays in the usual hotels we decided to end our road trip in a b&b. This b&b was mentioned quite a few times in our research and we decided to try it out for a different flavor and it did not disappoint. Even with Waze we had difficulty locating this b&b as the sign is placed in the corner. But Joe gave us a very pleasant welcome and explained very well the location of the place and how to walk to the town center and where to get free parking. Joe also showed us around the house and the various rooms. The rooms are very well decorated, clean and inviting The breakfast were extra ordinary and scrumptious. All in all it's a very nice b&b and Joe and his team were very cordial. Highly recommended and efinitely will stay here again if I come this way.

The house that holds this B & B is stunning! All of the rooms are spacious & beautifully decorated. The hosts are charming, welcoming & helpful. Breakfast was delicious. They left out snacks, drinks & baked goods that you could have at any time. We were given great recommendations for restaurants by Cody & Joe. It was wonderful to chat with both of them. The location was very convenient to all sights in town. I highly recommend staying here.

Oh my goodness where do I begin? We were passing through Hot Springs on an impromptu road trip from Nashville to Dallas and after seeing how cute downtown was, we decided we wanted stay the night and explore. Joe and Cody welcomed us with open arms and booked us into the Carriage Suite - a charming 2 bedroom suite that was separate from the main house that is very private and quiet. It was perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 year old son. Joe greeted us right as we pulled in the driveway, showed us around the house, and told us a bit about its history. We immediately felt at home and like we were staying with family, and ended up getting dinner at the Ohio Club thanks to Joe’s recommendation. They have a great Reuben! After a wonderful nights sleep we went to the main house for a home cooked breakfast (ham & egg soufflé, tomatoes & whipped cottage cheese, and a blueberry streusel muffin with a yogurt parfait on the side!) and left with full hearts and stomachs. The house cat, Miss Kitser, is also so cute and our son loved her. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. Thank you Joe & Cody!

Wonderful bed and breakfast. Comfortable private rooms with your own bathroom. Clean and lovel. The place is so quiet which was great for a restful vacation. Breakfast is delicious and different every morning. Very nice home baked snacks available all the time plus hot water for tea and sodas and ice maker. Super nice porches to sit and read or watch the day go by! Cody and Joe are wonderful hosts
