This place is awesome I stayed here for a week on a work trip and I have no complaints. The location is fantastic as is the room. The old historic style is great and so are the hosts. There was a snack tray that had everything you needed to survive and these rooms have a fridge, microwave, and sink in the unlikely that you would need to bring your own food. I would stay again 100%.

This property is exceptional. It's gorgeous!!!! Absolutly exceeded my expectations!!! Styled in a beautiful way. Big rooms and incredibly clean and well maintained!! The location is in a very secure building in the center of downtown Dundee. Walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. The property managers responded quickly and provided some extra accommodations such as coffee maker, plates, flatware, and cups. I would highly recommend a stay here!!

Beautiful loft! Wonderful area! Plenty of food close by! This is our second time staying here & there has been zero disappointment. Free parking is also a wonderful bonus.

A true gem! If you’re lucky enough to be in the area for a night or 2, stay here. Or longer. Great coffee shop below, micro brewery next door and a wildfires pizza place across the street. Can’t ask for much more.

What a great find. Had a local wedding and did not want to stay in an “average” hotel. Found 124 lofts. Really loved the vibe. Super easy to get in with the keypads and codes provided to you. The space was well appointed, included water and snacks. Beautiful historic building, exposed brick walls and a view of the fox river. We would highly recommend this space if you’re looking for a nice place to stay!

Small, boutique hotel near coffee shop, restaurants, and shops. Parking was free but you could not drive up to the hotel entrance. Stairs lead up to the hotel entrance - I did not see an elevator, so you have to be able to take stairs to stay here. Quiet overall and the room was large (bath, king bed, desk, and kitchenette). Would stay here again!

What can you say about this place? Well, outside of Perfect, Pristine, and simply the best experience I’ve had in EONS, this place is amazing! I’ve traveled all over the world, have stayed in all the different level Star establishments, and it always comes down to Customer Service, Cleanliness, and the atmosphere. This place has it all and more - Simply love small diamonds like this out in the burbs - they don’t happen often, so I’d definitely come here to experience what a true Welcome is like. I will Definitely be back again (and again, and again…)!!!

This place is AMAZING. I had know idea what I was getting into with this style of lodging. (My wife picked it out) we are newly Weds and what a great place for a washingtonian to cool off and sleep. The decor is new and clean. Literally no complaints. Suzanne and Andy, keep up the good work I love it here!! We will be back when we are in this state again.
