123 On Third and Hiral are amazing! We used her space for my 50th Birthday celebration. Not only was she so accommodating the venue looked gorgeous. From start to finish the process was seamless. We had so much fun outside we extended the celebration an hour! Run, not walk, to book your event now.

We hosted our baby shower at 123 on Third this October and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! Hiral was wonderful to work with and responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. She was so helpful when it came to deciding on how to set things up and which furniture pieces to use. We did a cocktail style shower and were lucky enough to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor patio, where we set up the bar for our guests as well as a flower cart for bouquet making. The venue has an easy AV system for music and a tv that we were able to put a slide show on. We only had to bring in minimal decor as the space is already so well decorated. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue is and we could not agree more. 123 on Third fit our needs perfectly and we are so pleased with how the day went!

Hiral was absolutely amazing to work with for my bridal shower at 123 on Third. The space is beyond stunning, the attention to detail is incredible, it truly feels like a home when you are there. The space was so clean and cozy. She was so accommodating throughout the entire process from planning, to helping us set up the day of! Hiral gave me the idea to have a cocktail hour bridal shower and it could not have been more perfect! The open flow of the space made it effortless for everyone to mingle and still chat while sitting down. 123 on Third is a true gem in downtown Geneva, I can’t think of a better place to host an event!

I was so blessed to have my bridal shower at 123 on Third in May 2024. I first saw this space at the Geneva Bridal Walk and I fell in love. The space is BEAUTIFUL. I cannot say enough good things about the space and owner. Hiral was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process of planning and even into the day of the event. She was there the day of to make sure everything was going smoothly and even help us set up. Hiral, I want to thank you for everything, my bridal shower was absolutely perfect!
