I have been a loyal customer for quite some time, but my last few visits have been disappointing. The quality of service has declined, and it feels like the staff is bothered when you ask for specific requests.

During my most recent visit, I asked for a coffin shape and received a short, square shape instead. The overall execution of the nails was not what I expected, and the expertise just isn’t what it used to be.

I’ve spent a lot of money at this salon, but I no longer feel valued as a customer. If I’m paying for a service, I expect to be listened to and appreciated—not treated like an inconvenience. My pedicure was horrible as well. Still rough skin and the polish is so thick and uneven. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went with my daughters and 10 year old son. They did an excellent job! He got a kick out of his little pedicure 😆. Our nails look great, everyone was very nice, it was very clean. If the nails hold up beyond a week (Tipsy next to Dierbergs doesn't.) We will definitely be back!!

I have been coming to get my toes done with Kim for years. Appointments never run on time, if you call and book an appointment don't expect to be seen at that time. No one greets you when you walk in the door. It is very disheartening because I love the job Kim does, but it seems customer satisfaction and service is slim to none.

I chose an upgraded pedicure of $60! My heals are still rough, nails were trimmed and have sharp edges. The pedicure included hot stones, and she barely rubbed them on my legs. Will not be returning to this salon.

Amazing service. Extremely clean. They do a great job with Nails. They are also very gentle and they are fairly priced. I go to David and he does a great job. I would highly recommend this place.

I have been going here for a year. Today i went in and got my nails done and they were absolutely terrible. There are some new nail techs and they have no idea how to do nail art. The set i had before was also terrible so i went in today to give them another chance because i like how not crowded it is. guess i should take that as a sign. The lines are all jagged and you can’t even see all the little brush marks from the picture. There is also air bubbles everywhere that were left behind.

Absolute horrible customer service. I went in with a group of women one who was there to get her nails done for her wedding and when the nail tech completely butchered her nails and she asked them to get fixed because it was for her WEDDING he proceeded to tell her it was her fault that her nails were messed up over and over again even after she had said to him that she would pay for the nails to get re done he continued to belittle her. It amazes me that anyone which such horrible people skills choose to work in the customer service industry. Do not go here these nail techs are horribly rude and also bad at what they do.

First time getting a dip. I was super stressed out when I got there and the staff was friendly and helped me pick something great for an event I was going to. I loved the result and the manicure never chipped even once and I work with my hands frequently. After 3 weeks I removed them but I was still getting compliments like they were fresh. My sister in law loves this place and I have to say I’ll definitely go back if I need another special occasion set or a “treat yo’ self” day! It was way cheaper than I expected for this kind of quality.
