My gel manicure was rushed and came out looking like a ten year old did it. The male artist made me bleed in multiple spots when cutting my cuticles (see the wounds in the pic). My nails were not shaped and are extremely jagged and rough and will tear if they get caught. There are bubbles literally on every one of my nails. Would not go back. My old, previous manicure from another salon looked better, and it was almost 4 weeks old. This is not okay. Will not go back. I paid for this? Really?

Due to positive reviews, photos of beautiful nails and because a friend also referred me, I had high hopes. This was the first time in over a decade to go back to a nail salon because i haven't had the best experiences so Ive done my own nails but i thought since it's my bday, I'd treat myself. I got my nails done yesterday 12/14/24 and they look like ive had them for a week or 2 already. I paid $80 for my full set (and still tipped 15% because my tech was nice and listened to my requests and answered my questions) BUT what I got was nowhere near the quality and look I had requested especially for the price charged. I showed my tech the photo of design I wanted, he also took a picture of it and used it as a guide.
My nails are FLAT. NO APEX TO HELP SUPPORT MY LENGTH. They have the look of 1-2 week nails. The filing for my coffin shape is uneven, snow flakes look like, well, not snowflakes because the tech told me my nails were to small to make them look right, but in all honesty, the brush he was using was just to thick, and the nail beds were barely filed because one side is higher than the other on all nails. You could see my natural nail on the sides because the tips were shorter than my natural nails then the sides of my nails were filed to an up angle so I feel like I have chicken claw looking nails.
I hope the individual in charge please sees my review and tries to make this right. I have photos provided.

I am always so pleased with my nails and the service at this salon! Sophia does amazing work! She is so talented with nail art and my nails last SO long! They use clean tools each pedicure and have liners on the tubs. Clean. Friendly. Quality service. Highly recommend.

My daugher has got her nails done here . And they look nice but not everyone does them nice . I was skeptical to get mines done . The older man in second or third station on right took me in to do my nails . First of all looks like they don’t clean their items or disinfect. Not good . And my nails are so thick and uneven . Never again will I get them done here unless I’d with the younger guy . Or another person . Bummed I have to wait for them to fall since we’re in vacation .

Been to 1 Million maybe a little over 4 times. This was by far my worst experience here. My nail tech over cut my cuticles. My nails have air bubbles. I repeatedly asked my nail tech to make my French tips cleaner and less thick. I can tell he was getting frustrated with me. The side of my nails was not filled. The owner had to come and filled it in before she did the design. Overall, I paid $75 for this. Not worth my time or money at all.

I love my nails. I got them Halloween themed. I got them done by Julie. She was nice and made conversation. Was comfortable. Will be coming back I’m obsessed with my nails. 🥰😊❤️

I must say I'm so happy to have found Sophia again! I have been to this shop twice so far and have experienced 4 technicians…. Both times my pedicure was flawless! I will admit my first set of nails didn't last very well with the younger gentleman who did them he also wasn't as seasoned at nail art so if that's your thing make sure to tell them that so they can pair you with the right technician or in my personal opinion ask for Sophia. She does a fabulous job at clean up, smooth application, and beautiful nail art.10/10 would recommend….clean, reasonably priced, friendly staff, and a great massage!

The pedicure feels great and is so relaxing. One month later and my gel polish still looks like new.

This is the only place I will get full sets from. The art work is amazing and they do just about every design and more. Sometimes I don’t have ideas and they’ve got plenty for me to chose from.
Love getting our full sets done by Sofia! She is phenomenal at what she does and she’s the sweetest!
